These terms set expectations for personal use, saved data, support, payments, and the limits of a private period tracker.

Lunara does not require an account, does not use ads or tracking, and keeps cycle data on your device. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, emergency service, contraception method, fertility guarantee, legal service, or safety planning service.

Personal tracking, not professional advice

Lunara can help you record period dates, cycle history, symptoms, notes, and related context. It cannot decide what those records mean for your body, health, pregnancy status, contraception choices, fertility, safety, legal obligations, or emergency situation.

Do not rely on Lunara for diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, contraception, fertility timing, pregnancy confirmation, legal advice, or decisions where delay could create harm. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency services when those questions matter.

Your saved data and backups

Lunara stores saved tracker data in the current browser on the current device. There is no Lunara account, remote sync, or account recovery path for deleted local data.

You are responsible for keeping access to your device, browser profile, PIN, backup files, and backup passwords. Clearing website data, changing browser profiles, replacing a device, or resetting a browser can remove Lunara's saved data. Create a password-protected backup before making those changes.

Payments and support

Lunara may offer an optional one-time supporter payment through Stripe-hosted Checkout. A supporter payment is not a subscription, does not automatically unlock app features, and does not change how Lunara handles cycle data.

For billing or support questions, email support@lunaraprivacy.app. Do not send PINs, unencrypted backup content, card numbers, or other payment details by email.

Availability and changes

Lunara is provided as a browser app and may change over time. Browser behavior, storage policies, install support, service worker behavior, and device settings can affect how the app works on a specific device.

Lunara may update these terms, privacy explanations, pricing, support pages, or app features. If the privacy model changes in a material way, the public privacy page should clearly explain what changed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Lunara is provided without warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost backups, device problems, browser storage deletion, or decisions made from app records.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to every user. Nothing in these terms is meant to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
